SWGO HARD ROCK GETAWAY SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES — Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes an entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of SW Sustainability Solutions, Inc. ("SW"), which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
The SWGO mobile application is available to download free of charge. Entrants must satisfy the entry requirements described in these Official Rules.
Eligibility
The SWGO Hard Rock Getaway Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, excluding residents of Florida, New York and Rhode Island.
Employees, officers, directors and representatives of SW Sustainability Solutions, Inc., and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to enter if excluded under the applicable Sweepstakes rules.
Eligibility is subject to verification by SW.
Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on October 1, 2026 and ends on December 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") (the "Sweepstakes Period").
All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2026 to be eligible. SW's designated system will serve as the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may enter by completing all of the following:
- Download the free SWGO mobile application from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Take a screenshot clearly showing the SWGO application installed on the entrant's device.
- Visit the official SWGO Hard Rock Getaway Sweepstakes entry page.
- Complete the official entry form with the requested information.
- Upload the screenshot showing SWGO installed on the entrant's device.
- Confirm the required eligibility and Official Rules acknowledgments.
- Submit the completed entry form no later than 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2026.
There is no charge to download SWGO or submit an eligible Sweepstakes entry.
Entry Requirements
Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple entries submitted by or on behalf of the same individual may be disqualified.
Entries must contain accurate information and satisfy all eligibility and entry requirements. The submitted screenshot must reasonably demonstrate that SWGO is installed on the entrant's device.
Entries that are incomplete, late, inaccurate, fraudulent, duplicated, automated, manipulated or otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified at SW's discretion.
Grand Prize
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to one eligible winner, subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules.
The Grand Prize is expected to include:
- Round-trip economy airfare for the winner and one (1) guest.
- Up to four (4) nights / five (5) days of accommodations.
- A stay at a participating Hard Rock resort selected or approved in accordance with the applicable prize terms.
The exact prize components, participating property, departure airport, booking procedures, included and excluded expenses, and other travel terms are subject to the applicable prize documentation and availability.
No cash alternative or substitution is permitted except as allowed under these Official Rules.
Winner Selection
One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The random drawing will take place in January 2027. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner is not considered the official winner until eligibility has been verified and all required documentation and conditions have been satisfied.
Winner Notification & Verification
The potential winner will be contacted by email using the email address provided with the Sweepstakes entry. The potential winner will be notified no later than January 31, 2027.
The potential winner may be required to provide proof of eligibility and execute eligibility, liability, publicity, prize acceptance, tax and/or travel documentation as permitted or required by applicable law and the applicable prize terms.
Failure to respond within the required time period, inability to verify eligibility, failure to provide required documentation or noncompliance with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate potential winner.
Travel Conditions
Prize travel must be completed during 2027 and is subject to availability, booking requirements, blackout dates, capacity controls and other restrictions contained in the applicable travel and prize documentation.
Winner and guest are responsible for possessing all documents required for travel and satisfying all applicable travel requirements.
Unless specifically included in the prize description, incidental expenses, ground transportation, meals, gratuities, baggage fees, insurance, taxes and other expenses associated with accepting or using the prize are the responsibility of the winner and/or guest.
Additional restrictions may apply. Final travel arrangements are subject to the applicable prize terms.
General Conditions
SW reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent or misleading information, attempts to obtain multiple entries, interferes with the administration of the Sweepstakes or otherwise violates these Official Rules.
SW reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention or another circumstance impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes.
SW's decisions regarding eligibility, verification, administration and interpretation of these Official Rules are final and binding to the extent permitted by law.
Privacy
Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact potential winners and fulfill the prize, as applicable.
Marketing communications will only be sent to entrants who separately provide the applicable marketing consent, where required.
Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with SW Sustainability Solutions' applicable privacy practices.

Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not sponsors of, responsible for, or affiliated with the SWGO Hard Rock Getaway Sweepstakes.
The use of third-party names, trademarks or platforms in connection with the promotion does not imply sponsorship or endorsement except as expressly stated in the applicable Sweepstakes materials.
