Our brand is all about pioneering new technology and our SW PowerChem PC-12WT glove embodies this philosophy. It includes our trademarked EcoTek sustainable technology. EcoTek is free of toxic chemicals and manufactured sustainably. Ecotek is rigorously tested per the ASTM D5526 standard, reducing solid waste through microbial action when disposed of in a modern landfill. It has been certified through third party testing to prove it does not emit any harmful residues after disposal. EcoTek is useful for all glove users and industries as it reduces unnecessary waste build up and is incineration friendly.
Our formula has been proven to produce 53% less NO2 (Nitrogen dioxide) emissions, 82% less SO2 (Sulphur dioxide) emissions, 77% less TVOC (Total Volatile Organic Carbon) emissions, and 82% less CO (Carbon monoxide) emissions, and 13% less CO (Carbon dioxide) emissions during incineration compared to regular nitrile gloves. Results are based on third-party testing comparing emissions to a standard nitrile glove, incinerated in a dual-chamber incinerator. The reported CO2 emissions represent the combined emissions from both the glove material and the fuel combusted during the incineration process.
Our PowerChem PC-12WT glove is dispensed with SafeDon®. This minimizes cross-contamination while delivering significant space and packaging savings. Our customers save over 40% on space and storage and reduce cardboard waste by 20% compared to conventional 100-glove boxes. The glove is SHA (Safe Hands Alliance) approved for Low Dermatitis Potential (LDP) to minimize the risk of Type I and Type IV allergies and enhances safety for users with sensitive skin. The PC-12WT glove features an extended-cuff for additional splash protection. The glove is an optimal thickness for durability and tactile sensitivity. The tear-resistant beaded cuff eases donning while its finger textured surface delivers excellent grip. Our glove has a 1.5 AQL for wet and dry environments, exhibiting low glove failure no matter the environment. Our high-performance nitrile cleanroom gloves deliver exceptional durability, chemical resistance, and particulate control for controlled environments.
