Latest assessment places SW among the top 1% of companies rated by EcoVadis worldwide
UNION CITY, California — October 08, 2026 — SW Sustainability Solutions, a global manufacturer of innovative hand protection solutions, has earned an EcoVadis Platinum Medal following its latest assessment, completed on September 2, 2026. This marks the second consecutive year the company has received Platinum recognition.
The Platinum Medal is EcoVadis’ highest medal level and recognizes companies among the top 1% of those rated. EcoVadis assesses companies across 21 sustainability criteria grouped into four themes: Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement.
The recognition reflects SW’s continued focus on integrating responsible business practices throughout its operations and supply chain.

For SW Sustainability Solutions, the EcoVadis assessment provides an independent evaluation of the management systems supporting its sustainability efforts while helping identify opportunities for continued improvement. The company’s broader approach includes responsible materials and product innovation, environmental impact reduction, responsible business practices, and supply chain accountability.
In its 2026 assessment, SW improved its scores across all four sustainability themes, increasing its overall score from 84 to 89 out of 100. Key contributors to this progress included strengthened environmental policies and enhanced sustainability reporting, including Scope 3 emissions reporting. Reporting scores also increased across all four themes, reflecting continued progress in the communication of sustainability performance.
Through technologies such as EcoTek® and ongoing efforts across its manufacturing and operations, SW continues to develop hand protection solutions that balance worker protection and performance with environmental and social responsibility.
