Our Sustainability Roadmap for 2030 outlines ambitious goals in environmental stewardship, employee well-being,

• 40% reduction in Scope 1 & 2 emissions and a 58% reduction in Scope 3 emissions.
• Expansion of our zero-waste-to-landfill initiative across manufacturing facilities.
• Development of energy-efficient, biobased, low-chemical and emissions-minimum gloves to minimize environmental impact.
• Increased sustainability training and assessments for employees and more opportunities toward balanced diversity within the organization structure, with 40% more Women managerial opportunity.
• Adopt sustainable procurement policies and sourcing practices while developing policies for stronger and transparent governance and information security.

• Customer educating tools to help identify the most suitable product with required performance to minimize waste caused by premature glove replacements and ensure longer-lasting, more effective protection through the “Safe Hand Guide.”
