While our gloves are classified as single-use, EcoTek gloves can be safely disinfected and reused under proper conditions and recycled to further reduce one’s carbon footprint. EcoTek also produces 53% less NO2 (Nitrogen dioxide) emissions, 82% less SO2 (Sulphur dioxide) emissions, 77% less TVOC (Total Volatile Organic Carbon) emissions, and 82% less CO (Carbon monoxide) emissions, and 13% less CO2 (Carbon dioxide) emissions during incineration compared to regular nitrile gloves. Results are based on third-party testing comparing emissions to a standard Nitrile glove, incinerated in a dual-chamber incinerator. The reported CO2 emissions represent the combined emissions from both the glove material and the fuel combusted during the incineration process.
