As the Coronavirus continues to spread globally, it is important to share the following updates with you.
US
Several Bay Area counties have announced a shelter-in-place for residents to curb the spread of the COVID-19 virus. This order, which affects our Union City, California office and warehouse, directs everyone to stay in their homes until at least April 7. Due to that order, as of March 17, our Union City team will be working remotely. To minimize the impact to our customers at this critical time, our Customer Service representatives will still be available to support you via phone and email during their normal work hours. Our Union City warehouse will also still continue to fulfill your orders. Please note that some sample orders may be delayed, though.
China
Our China facilities are now fully operational and diligently working to catch up on production orders. We are thankful to our manufacturing operations teams for their extra efforts.
